A dance of transformation
The creation of “Power Shaman” was a profound immersion in the tension between tradition and technology. During the creative process, I often felt like a bridge builder between two worlds: archaic spirituality and digital modernity.
Working with AI, especially with Midjourney, was like a dance for me. A dance in which I was guided by the intuitive power of AI, but also brought my own emotions and reflections into the process. It was a constant give and take, a dialogue that often pushed me to my limits. Transferring the bright digital colors that Midjourney proposed to the canvas in oil paints was a particularly intense challenge. It required a deep engagement with the materiality of the colors, their transparency and their luminosity.
Yet despite the technical challenges, it was above all the emotional journey that made “Power Shaman” what it is today. The feeling of being part of a larger whole, a movement committed to global change. The desire to contribute through art, to make the world a better place. These deep emotions and reflections are captured in every brushstroke, in every layer of paint.
Using technology in my creative process is not only a tool, but also a mirror. A mirror that reflects the duality of our time, where we are both the heirs of ancient traditions and the pioneers of a new digital era.
